had my jujitsu sparing lesson earlier on. and i faced this guy who know alot of sparing like taewando, muay thai and wing chun and he really is a tough opponent as he would be jumping ard and kicking infront of you. damn hard to punch him. and worse still we are restricted to punching the body pad..

it was so fucking tough. cant go close to him at all.. sian sian

i wan train up on my punching and kicking..

now instead of wanting to join akkido. i was thinking of joining taewando and wing chun. hahah. like not bad sia the sparing techniques.

and last but not least the wing chun... gosh.. like a cool~~~~

and i guess for now.. maybe i nid a change in blog skin.. everything getting old and sucky
